This is the absolute best resort and spa you will find in the area. Staff is so very kind and the cabins are the cleanest most beautiful you will definitely be impressed. A quiet stay with every amenities you could imagine. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.

We had an amazing experience staying at Oak Haven Resort. The staff was always super friendly whether it was the multiple calls to determine which cabin best fit our needs or help with an Amazon delivery, they were available whenever we needed them. The property is well taken care of and each cabin still felt secluded. Our specific cabin was beautiful and had plenty of room two different families. The game room provided lots of entertainment while still keeping everyone together. I loved being able to access the property via the back road so I didn't have to traverse the larger hill (for me). The location was great with easy access to Knoxville airport, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains. We were there over a week and still had a list of things we didn't get to experience. Will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying with Oak Haven Resort, and from the moment I called to make reservations, the experience was exceptional. I truly cannot say enough about the outstanding hospitality we received from Ginger, Jake, and the other wonderful lady who assisted us at check-in. We were traveling with a motorcycle trailer, so choosing the right cabin was important since certain roads within the resort are not ideal for motorcycles. After spending a couple of weeks considering our options, we ultimately chose Cabin 27 based on the staff’s recommendation. We had previously stayed loyal to another cabin company for years, but after hearing so many great things about Oak Haven Resort, we wanted to explore what they had to offer. From the moment we opened the cabin door, we were impressed. One thing that means a lot to me is walking into a cabin that feels clean, fresh, and welcoming — and this cabin absolutely delivered. It was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend Oak Haven Resort and we will certainly be returning in the future. One piece of advice I would offer future guests is to ask the reservation staff about the terrain and steepn

TOTALLY recommend this place and plan to go back. What a beautiful setting! The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and furnished, while being private and nestled in the trees. Most of the cabins face the east, so watching sun rises over the mountains in the morning is an option if you get up early enough. :) Nice hot tub on the deck. The linen/towel service daily was so nice too. Staff was incredibly helpful and available. This was our first time there and we are already planning a bigger trip with the kids. For the price, I'm not sure it gets much better! Location. Amenities. Service. What more could someone ask for?
